Iswlyn Borough Council is the smallest council owned bus company left in the UK, and one of only 3 left in Wales. It has always operated a interesting mix of vehicles from Leopard & Dodges in the earlier years to Optare vectas & MAN 14:220-East lancs/MCV presently. The main areas of operations are the Blackwood & Bargoed area with routes stretching as far as Cardiff.
